Getting There
The Crawford is conveniently located at 119 Shuman Blvd, Naperville, IL 60563. Whether you are coming from downtown Chicago or the surrounding suburbs, the venue is easily accessible via I-88 West. Complimentary on-site parking is available — no need to worry about finding a spot. Just arrive, park, and come celebrate with us!
For our out of town guests, both Midway and O'Hare airports are within 40mins (without traffic) from Naperville, IL where both the venue and hotel is located.
Timeline
Join us at The Crawford on April 11, 2027 for an elegant afternoon celebration. Doors open at 2:30 PM for guest seating, followed by our ceremony at 3:00 PM. Cocktail hour begins at 3:30 PM with our brunch reception to follow at 5:00 PM. The open bar will be available from 5:30 – 8:30 PM and we will close out the evening with our send off at 9:00 PM. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!

FAQs
Q: What is the dress code?
A: Semi formal attire is required. We are asking our guests to wear pastel. Think elegant, polished, and spring! We want everyone looking and feeling their absolute best.
Q: Are children allowed?
A: Our celebration is designed for adults 21 and older. We love your little ones but want this to be a night where everyone can fully relax and enjoy themselves. We are happy to welcome family members who are 18 and older — please reach out directly if you have questions about specific guests.
Q: Can I bring a plus one?
A: Plus ones are extended on a per invitation basis. If you are unsure whether your invitation includes a guest, please email us directly to clarify. We appreciate your understanding as we celebrate with our nearest and dearest!
Q: Will there be an open bar?
A: Yes! The open bar will be available from 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM during the reception. Please make sure you have a safe way home at the end of the night. Cheers!
Q: Can I take photos during the ceremony?
A: We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer capturing every moment so you can be fully present with us. Feel free to snap away during cocktail hour and the reception!
Q: Is there parking at the venue?
A: Yes! Complimentary on-site parking is available at The Crawford. Simply arrive, park, and come celebrate with us.
Q: What time should I arrive?
A: Please plan to arrive and be seated by 2:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM and we would love for everyone to be settled before the processional begins.
Q: When is the RSVP deadline?
A: Please RSVP by February 14, 2027. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!
Q: Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions and allergies?
A: We have selected a carefully crafted brunch buffet menu to ensure all of our guests are satisfied! For allergies, please specify your allergy so we can make our caterer aware.
